Setting Up Your Payment Account

• Refer to the "Set Up Payment Account" section in the Getting Started guide.
• MSN Partner Hub uses Stripe to process payments.

2️⃣ Changing Your Payment Account

• Go to the "Payment Account" page in MSN Partner Hub.
• Click "Manage" on your current account.
• You'll be redirected to Stripe to update your information.

3️⃣ Resolving Payment Account Issues

• Check your payment account status on the "Payment Account" page.
• If there’s an error, click "Manage" to resolve it on Stripe’s platform.
• For further assistance, contact PartnerHubSupport@microsoft.com

4️⃣ Accessing Your Tax Forms (1099-K)

• Stripe handles 1099-K filings for US partners in applicable states.
• Microsoft files forms with the IRS and states by January 23rd.
• You’ll receive your copy by January 31st.
