MSN provides users free access to content from thousands of premium partners from all over the world across multiple services and devices. We aim to bring you a trusted, safe, and highly engaging experience suitable for users of any age. We moderate content through a combination of human and artificial intelligence.
Our Standards documentation explains what content is allowed, what is forbidden, and our requirements for editorial quality. We check all content via our moderation platform. Anything that does not meet our standards is removed from our platforms. We use both automated and human review to ensure fair and accurate decisions.
How do I check if my content was approved or rejected?
You can see the status of your document (draft, submitted, published, rejected) in MSN Partner Hub. If your content has been rejected, we will provide you with the reason (hover over the See Details text that appears on a rejected article on your Content tab) and give you relevant details to help you understand precisely what triggered the decision. If you wish, you can make changes to the content and resubmit.
For FMT, see this section 'How can I use the feed activity reports? - MSN Help'
What if I disagree with your decision?
MSN Partner Hub allows you to appeal a moderation decision.
If you believe a post has been rejected in error, you can flag it for manual review by pressing the Appeal button that shows up on the dashboard next to rejected posts. This will open up a form where you can write a brief explanation of the issue.
If your appeal is accepted, your content will be reinstated. If it is rejected, this decision is final, and you cannot appeal again. You can always make changes to the content and resubmit. Questions? Contact us at PartnerHubSupport@Microsoft.com
